This includes ONE unit, ONE heat system, ONE hot water supply/storage system, ONE electric meter/panel and NO garage.

ADDITIONAL COSTS:

Radon Testing & Water Quality Testing

Radon air testing is performed using top of the line Sun Radon Model 1030 Continuous Radon Monitors.

These monitors are calibrated and certified for real estate transaction testing. The monitors are anti-tamper.

They provide hourly radon, temperature, pressure and humidity levels. Results are available at the end of the 48 hour test period with no lab wait times.
